Daniela switched gears from her leadership role with a large global corporation to pursue her passion of joyful, sustainable plant-based eating that encourages people to make beautiful meals at home that are healthy and delicious. Argavan and Daniela discuss the role of dressings in the overall mealtime experience, the skills that were helpful in launching her private business and the importance of accessibility as well as tips for families to encourage their picky/selective eaters to expand their food choices while making mealtime pleasurable.
